Layaway Policy
Effective as
of May 27, 2003
1. Layaway terms are
available for merchandise priced at $200.00 and
up. Length of layaway is
determined by cost of merchandise. Call or
email for
specific details.
2. Each payment is due
on the same day of each month and is determined
by the date the down payment was
made. For example, if down payment
was paid on the 12th day of the month,
then all future payments are due
on
the 12th day of each month for the course of the layaway
3. If monthly payment
is more than 10 days late, a $10.00 late fee will be
added to layaway balance
4. If more than 60 days
lapse between payments, then the merchandise
will be removed from layaway and
all funds will be forfeited.
5. If customer cancels
layaway at any time, a 20% restocking fee will be
charged and a store credit is
issued for any remaining amount.
6. Layaway terms are not available for sale merchandise.
7. The terms of this
policy may change at any time. The policy in effect
at the time you make
your down payment will govern your layaway.
